Is InReach free for Canadian suppliers?
Yes. InReach is 100% free for Canadian suppliers — including certified diverse suppliers, self-identified diverse suppliers, and Canadian SMEs. There are no listing fees, transaction fees, or hidden costs.
How do I update or delete my account information?
You may have the right to request access, corrections, or deletion of your personal information. Email hello@adaptabilitycanada.com with your request and we will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
How do I report a security or privacy concern?
Email hello@adaptabilitycanada.com with the subject line "Security Concern" or "Privacy Concern." We treat all reports confidentially and review them promptly.
Where is InReach hosted?
The InReach Services are hosted in Canada. By using the Services from outside Canada, you consent to your data being transferred to and processed in Canada.
How do I report misuse of the Services or another user?
